Terms and Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
An exchange or return is possible if:
The item has not been used;
The commercial appearance, packaging, and completeness are fully preserved;
No more than 14 calendar days have passed since the receipt of the goods.
Important
Delivery services for returns or exchanges are paid by the customer.
In the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we cover all shipping costs.
Custom Orders
Goods that have been manufactured, cut, or modified according to the customer's individual parameters may not be eligible for exchange or return in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
Before placing a custom order, we strongly recommend double-checking all dimensions, specifications, and product features.

Send the item back.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will:
Send a replacement item; or
