1. General Provisions
1.1. This document is an official public offer (the "Offer") to conclude a distance sales contract for goods through the website marco-decor.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").
1.2. By placing an order on the Website, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this Offer.
1.3. The Seller sells goods in accordance with the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce", and the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection".
1.4. The current version of the Offer is permanently available on the Website.
2. Terms and Definitions
In this Offer, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
Website — the website marco-decor.com.ua, through which the sale of goods is conducted.
Seller — the entity selling goods through the Website.
Buyer — an individual who places an order on the Website.
Goods — products offered for sale on the Website.
Order — a duly placed request by the Buyer to purchase Goods.
Personal Account — the Buyer’s personal section on the Website.
Custom Order — goods manufactured, cut, or modified according to the specifications provided by the Buyer.
3. Subject of the Agreement
3.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Goods under the terms of this Offer.
3.2. The sale of Goods is carried out remotely via the Website.
3.3. Wall panels, decorative materials, and related interior design products may be presented on the Website.
3.4. Descriptions, specifications, and prices of the Goods are specified on the Website.
3.5. Availability of the Goods is confirmed during order processing.
4. Registration and Personal Account
4.1. To place an order, the Buyer may create a Personal Account on the Website.
4.2. The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information upon registration and order placement.
4.3. The Buyer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Personal Account login credentials.
4.4. The Seller reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the Personal Account in case of violation of the terms of this Offer or the laws of Ukraine.
5. Placing an Order
5.1. The Order is placed independently by the Buyer through the Website.
5.2. After placing the Order, the Seller may contact the Buyer to clarify order details.
5.3. The agreement is deemed concluded from the moment the order is confirmed and payment is received from the Buyer.
5.4. The Seller has the right to refuse processing or cancel an order in cases of:
Unavailability of the Goods;
Identification of a technical error in the description or price of the Goods;
Inability to contact the Buyer;
Provision of inaccurate data by the Buyer.
6. Price and Payment Terms
6.1. All prices on the Website are indicated in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH).
6.2. Payment for the order is made on a prepayment basis.
6.3. The Buyer may complete payment using one of the available methods:
Bank transfer;
Online payment via payment gateways;
Apple Pay;
Google Pay;

6.4. Third-party payment services may be used to process online payments.
6.5. The order is sent for processing after payment confirmation.
7. Delivery of Goods
7.1. Delivery of Goods is carried out within the territory of Ukraine.
7.2. Dispatch of orders is carried out via postal carriers:
Nova Poshta;
Delivery.
7.3. Pickup (self-delivery) options may also be available to the Buyer.
7.4. For orders placed and paid for before 14:00, dispatch may occur on the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 are dispatched on the next business day.
7.5. After the order is shipped, the Buyer is provided with a consignment note (tracking number) to track the delivery.
7.6. Delivery times depend on the selected carrier.
8. Custom Orders and Cutting
8.1. Upon the Buyer's request, the Seller may perform custom cutting or other modifications to the parameters of the Goods.
8.2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the provided dimensions and other specifications.
8.3. Goods manufactured or modified according to individual parameters of the Buyer may not be eligible for exchange or return in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
9. Exchange and Return
9.1. The Buyer has the right to exchange or return the Goods in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation.
9.2. Exchange or return is possible provided that:
The Goods have not been used;
The commercial appearance and packaging are preserved;
No more than 14 calendar days have passed since the receipt of the Goods.
9.3. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are borne by the Buyer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors made by the Seller.
9.4. Upon receiving and inspecting the Goods, the Seller will process the exchange or refund within 3 business days.
10. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
The Seller undertakes to:
Provide accurate information about the Goods;
Process the Buyer's order;
Deliver the Goods in accordance with the placed order.
The Buyer undertakes to:
Provide accurate information;
Pay for the order in a timely manner;
Inspect the Goods upon receipt.
11. Liability of the Parties
11.1. The Parties shall be liable in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
11.2. The Seller is not responsible for:
Delivery delays caused by the carrier;
Disruptions in the operation of payment systems;
Temporary technical failures in the operation of the Website.
11.3. The Parties are released from liability for non-performance of obligations in the event of force majeure.
12. Personal Data
12.1. By placing an order on the Website, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data.
12.2. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with current legislation of Ukraine and the Privacy Policy published on the Website.
13. Force Majeure
13.1. The Parties are released from liability for non-performance or improper performance of their obligations in the event of force majeure circumstances that the parties could not foresee or prevent.
14. Term of the Offer
14.1. This Offer comes into effect from the moment of its posting on the Website and remains valid indefinitely until revoked or updated by the Seller.
14.2. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to this Offer without prior notice to the Buyer.
14.3. The new version of the Offer takes effect from the moment of its publication on the Website.
